I looked how to add mods: create the 'mods' folder, have the resource.cfg file and have 'Packages' and 'Overrides.' I have the latest nointro mod, as well as OVERWATCH and AWESOMEMOD. Expected to find these files: game/bin/TS4. I just got The Sims 3 today, patched it to the final version.
